Davis's claim was incorrect because a rectangle sometimes only have 2 congruent sides. Drawing a rectangle, the length/width would be longer than their length/width. Unless it is a square, it counts as correct as a square can be counted as a rectangle and a rectangle can not be counted as a square but anyways, congruent means equal sides. The rectangle, mostly drawn, only has two long sizes and two short sides, both opposides are equal. Hence, the claim Davis said is incorrect.
