The maneuver in the Caribbean, Atlantic, Mediterranean last 1919 to 1930. In 1931 it was assigned as a battleship. It stopped at the Pearl Harbor last 1940 because of Japan's war tensions. In 1941 it took part of the military training exercises until December 7 the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor and damaged the USS Arizona BB-39 and killed thousands of crews.
