Here,

Power of variable part of term x = 1

Power of variable part of term xy = 1 + 1 = 2

Power of variable part of term
w^kz^2 = k + 2

Since k + 2 is greater than all other power of the terms and highest power must be equal to 10.

So,

k + 2 = 10

k = 10 - 2

k = 8
