In the Georgia government, the governor and lieutenant governor represent the Executive branch. Article 5 of the Georgia Constitution, adopted in 1983, establishes an executive branch of government with more than 100,000 employees directed by a governor and lieutenant governor who serve a four-year term of office.

So the answer is the Executive branch.
