The total with the basketball and herself is 66 and 7 ounces or 66 7/16. Then subtract 68 and 4 ounces minus 66 and 7 ounces to get 95/8 which reduces to 1 and 1/8 pounds

The shoes would weigh
2 pounds
I turned everything to ounces first and thenn solved the problem
