the probability of a white marble being drawn is 16/48, so to find the probability of it not being drawn subtract 16 from 48.

which would be 32, making the probability of a white marble not being drawn 32/48.

now we simplify the fraction by the gfc which is 16

this leaves us with 2/3 so the answer is B
