Every time Tom and Maya have a child, there is an equal probability of it being a boy or a girl.

1. If Tom and Maya have 4 children, what is the probability that they have an equal number of daughters and sons?
2. If Tom and Maya have 5 children, what is the possibility that they have at least 4 sons?
