The area of the trapezoid is 221. You get that by multiplying 13 and 17. The area of the figure on the right is 119. You get that by subtracting 5 from fourteen to give you 9. Then you multiply 9*11=99. After you have that done you need to figure out the little square, which is 5*4=20. Add 99+20=119.
