Ribosomes Build Protein or the Protein Synthesizers... And a cell wall i would infer this is a Plant Cell because plant cells have a big cell walls and have a lot of Ribosomes...

I don't know if this was the answer you were looking for or not.. without answer choices its kinda hard because there's a vast amount of answers.
