What is not apart of the atlantic provinces

Answer: Quebec and Ontario ( they are considered Eastern Canada )

Quebec has physical Atlantic coasts on the Gulf of St. Lawrence, Ungava Bay, and the Hudson Strait, it is generally not considered an Atlantic Province.
