A Piper Arrow can fly 510 miles in 3 hours with a tailwind. Against this same wind, the plane can fly 390 miles in 3 hours. Find the airspeed of the plane. What is the impact of the wind on the plane?

Please show work when solving this problem! I am really trying to understand it.

arrow speed will be 510/3 = 170

and plane speed will be 390/3 = 130

so, the difference is 170-130 =40 miles/hrs, which will be airspeed

and this much speed is retarted in case of plane

hope it helped
