A person who has fallen is sitting on the ground complaining of pain in the lower left leg. someone else has already called 9-1-1 or the local emergency number. how could you help care for this person while waiting for ems personnel to arrive?

I would Tell them if they have any sedatives on them and then if they don't say stay calm because their blood pressure would be at their highest so they would be focusing on the pain that has erupted.
