235(103)/100=242.05 is her new weekly wage.
A raise of 242.05-235=7.05

Mrs. Randall is receiving a £7.05 raise, and her new weekly wage is £242.05
Steps I took to get this answer:
Multiply 235 by 0.07 (7%) to get 7.05.
Add that to the current wage, 235, and you will get the answer of 242.05
