If ST and QR are parallel, then they are congruent through alternate interior angles. The triangles are also similar (I solved it. I'll show a picture) so since they are similar that means all the angles are congruent

If the angles are similar, then the lengths must be in the same ratio. SP is 3/4ths of PR, so X should be 3/4ths of QP, so X is 16 inches.
