Is this statement true?

log^7(12) – log^7(3) = log^7(2) + log^7(2)
(^ are lower exponents)

log^7(12)=log^7(2*2*3)=log^7(3)+log^7(2)+log^7(2)
so log^7(12)-log^7(3)=log^7(3)+log^7(2)+log^7(2)-log^7(3)
=log^7(2)+log^7(2)
true
