If the circumference is 100 cm, then to get the diameter you need to divide by pi.
So...
100cm = pi × diameter
100/pi = diameter
diameter = 3062.77772486 cm

Answer:

31.85cm

Explanation:

Taking the figure in question to be a circular figure.

Formula for finding the circumference of a circle is expressed as:

C = πd where d is the diameter of the circle.

The distance around the figure will serve as the diameter of the figure.

Given circumference = 100cm and π = 3.14

100 = 3.14d

d = 100/3.14

d = 31.85cm

The distance around the figure is 31.85cm
