small radius=5 so big is 5*3=15
small height=6 so big is 6*4=18

V=18pi15^2
V=18pi225
V=4050pi
pi=3.141592
V=12723.4476 cubic inchs

0.4 per cubic insh

0.4 times 12723.4476=5089.37904 oz
