Well health related fitness relates to your day to day activities. There are many sections of health related fitness and they are Cardiovascular Endurance Muscular Strength. But im going to say that the difference is health related fitness is something you usually get told to do by your doctors and performance related fitness is something you do for fun.

Answer:

Fitness refers to a condition in which a person possesses adequate energy to prevent fatigue and enjoy life. Physical fitness of an individual is differentiated into a skill or performance-related fitness and health-related fitness. Performance-related fitness comprises skills, which will increase the performance of an individual in sports or athletic events.

On the other hand, health-related fitness comprises skills, which allow one to become and remain physically healthy. The components of performance-related fitness are balance, agility, speed, power, reaction time, and coordination. While the components of health-related fitness are flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, composition of the body, and muscular strength and endurance.
