I think the answer is Chromosomal Mutation. These changes can include erasures, additions, or reversals of areas of DNA. Now and again, erased segments may join to different chromosomes, disturbing both the chromosomes that lose the DNA and the one that additions it. Likewise alluded to as a chromosomal improvement.
