How did the natural resources of the indus valley civilization aid the strong economy of the harappan people?

Like all river civilizations, the natural resources were abundant in the Indus valley because the land was extremely fertile due to the land. This made it possible for a civilization to rise and for people to amass wealth because of the fact that agriculture was flourishing, which meant that trade would flourish as well.
