How do the 4th, 5th,6th, and 8th Amendment help protect the rights of the accused?

4th- the right against unreasonalble searches and seizures
5th-No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury
6th-In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial
8th-
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted
