It is the Earth that orbits around the Sun, as the Heliocentric Theory (Helios = Sun) of Copernicus said.

The Sun does not "come out" or "set": in reality it is the Earth that, by turning or rotating on its own axis, causes day and night.

The answer is: A. Earth rotates on its axis.
