AP level writing, id prefer someone who knows the answer for sure. I understand you cannot use "I" or "You" in a rhetorical analysis but can you use "we" to refer to the audience (by including yourself in the audience)?

Yes you can use we to refer to the audience, with you in it, because using we groups together a group, like "We the people..."
