Well, between two CITIES, you would DEFINITELY measure the distance much greater than centimeters, millimeters, and meters! Since they're CITIES and not TOWNS, you would measure them in kilometers, which would be the answer A. in question #1.

Question #2:
If you use the conversion method of "KHDMDCM" where it stands for "Kilo, Hecta, Deca, Meters liters and grams, Deci, Centi, and Milli", you would move the decimal one place to the right per letter, which would be A, 6,501,500.

Question #3:
Perimeter is the the total measurement OUTSIDE of the shape. So you would just add all the side lengths, which in this case would be 97 + 17, and the answer would be D, 114 inches.

Hope I helped! ^-^
