Substitute the value 350 in for your velocity:
350 = 20 * sq rt(273+t)
divide both by 20 --> 17.5 = sq rt(273 +t)
square both to cancel out the sq rt --> 306.25 = 273 +t
then just subtract 273 from both to get 33.25 = t
