The answer is Homeostasis

Homeostasis is the when the body works to maintain a stable internal environment. So basically, without thinking about it to make it happen, our body is currently pumping blood throughout our body, breathing naturally, fighting off viruses, digesting food, etc. This never stops until, of course, we die XP

I hope this helped! Have an amazing day :))
