Is it possible for the human body to be deconstructed then rebuilt on another persons body and still retain all functions and control? Such as replacing someones broken arm with someone else good arm.

The arm could be a different length or something so it might not be right plus you gotta find same blood type and someone the same race as you if you want your arm to match so it would be difficult and I don't even think it would be possible to be honest.

im not entirely sure but i highly doubt it because youd have to transfer the limb and in doing so the limb would stop working.
but i guess small pieces of limbs and the like are possible
