Based on the description above, the type of genetic mutation that results from this is called CANCER. In cancer, what happens to the cells in the body is that they multiply uncontrollably and the cells that are being produced are not healthy cells but rather these cells are already defective. In addition, the normal cell death does not function anymore, making these cells grow and grow.
