Yes, it did somehow reflect their interest on the Treaty of Versailles. Countries contributed on the Treaty that reflected the interest they have in the post-war period.

France made the focus on limiting to the extent of weakening Germany's military resources.

President Wilson, made his 14 points, mainly about freedom and national economic determination.
