2.5 l = $60
1l =?
60/2.5 = 24 dollars per litre

Since Corey spent $60 on 2.5 liters of paint, the cost per liter would simply be $60 divided by 2.5 liters to get how much it costs per liter.
60 / 2.5 = $24/liter
