Both dieting and Health help you to grow and develop. while keeping good nutrients in you as well. Dieting will keep you healthy and being healthy can effect your mood :)

Here are the 5 food groups
Vegetables / beans
Grain.
Lean meats and poultry (Fish, eggs, tofu, nuts)
Dairy (Milk, icecream)
Fruit
