Numerical identification methods rely on a series of biochemical testing to identify microorganisms.
These tests are used to identify bacteria and other microorganisms. ELISA tests are used to find antigens. DNA base composition obviously has to do with DNA, as well as DNA fingerprinting. Thus, this leaves us with biochemical testing as the correct answer.
