PLEASE HELP!

At Bob's Burgers' grand opening, the owner gives each customer one spin on the spinner shown. All sections of the spinner are the same size.

A.J. walks up to the spinner first. He hopes to win a free drink, a free dessert, or free fries. He says, “The probability that I get what I want is 1 out of 3, because there are 3 sections I want the arrow to land in.”

Unfortunately, A.J. is incorrect. What is his actual probability of getting one of the three things he wants? What did he do wrong? How did you calculate the correct answer?

Answer all three questions in complete sentences.

this is the best i got and i like bobs burgers The actual probability of getting one of the three things he wants is 3/total number of sectios.
He thought it as since he needs to get 1 out of three items, so he did 1/3.
To get the correct answer, the number of items needed is divided with the total number of sections.
