The man is either HH (capital H=hemophilia) or Hh (lower case h=no hemophilia) and the woman is hh.

Answer: In that case genotype of mother will be XHXh (mother is carrier) and genotype of Father will be XHYh (Father is hemophilic).where 'H' is for hemophilic gene and h is for normal gene.

Explanation: Hemophilia is X linked diseases.Male will be hemophilic if 'X' chromosome linked with Hemophilic gene, 'Y' chromosome has no relation with disease. For women to be hemophilic both 'X' chromosome has to be Hemophilic gene. If women has only one Hemophilic gene she will be carrier of disease.

So for daughter to be hemophilic mother should be hemophilic or carrier of disease.
