Al-Qaeda wants to force the Shariah Law in its interpretation which is distorted and wrong, fulfilling their agenda. Al-Qaeda is terrorist organization, which use the name of religion Islam and distort the Islamic teachings to fit their agenda, projecting the image that they want to enforce Islam. They imply that various punishments should be imposed on those who disagree with their version of Islam, and these punishments vary from chopping off limbs to stoning to death. While they uphold this erroneous view the Western Media give more coverage to such events rather than the peace efforts made by other Muslims resulting in empowering Al-Qaeda like terrorist organizations.
For example a sect of Islam named Ahmadiyya Muslim Community is striving hard to nullify this image of Al-Qaeda's Islam by gathering thousands of people in various countries marching for peace but ignored by the mainstream media.
