Bees and flowers benefit from each other in the way that bees travel from flower to flower and they get nectar and unintentionally collect pollen. As they fly and land on other flowers, those flowers get pollinated.

Bees fly to flower to flower gathering nectar, which they make into food benefiting the bees.
