Can you choose more than 1? because A and D would be what you would have to do. B would only make blood rush faster to the heart which could kill the person bitten if the snake was venomous. C. doesn't really do much good or harm when it comes to saving their life. D is the most helpful and would be your best answer if you can only choose one, because that way that it would slow down the speed that any venom would travel as the heart beat would be steady. A is good on making sure they don't die but it's useless if you do what you're not supposed too lolz.
