Now, it's pretty simple. And if you meant "amber" as in "amp" and "volt" and in "voltage" maybe. Then this is simple.

An ampere (or amp) is a measure of the amount of electricity, called "current," in a circuit, while voltage (or volt) is a measure of the force behind that electricity's motion.
