The Water Cycle. What would be the effect if one step in the water cycle did not occur? Why?

Many different reasons. If the precipitation from the ocean never evaporated and went into the clouds, it will have never rained, snowed, hailed, etc.

it could cause another step in the water cycle to not occur because they all depend on one another to do their job so without one none of them can do their jobs.
