It occurs when fans feel intense emotions that they feel when watching their favorite event. It is mostly seen when their favorite team or person their rooting for loses or when the other rival team scores a point. It's really just people over-reacting about sports.That doesn't mean all fans are crazy though. (´・ω・`)
