This would be the equation x + 2x + 3 + x + 2 = 45 and the answer is 10 or x=10

Equation would be: x + 2x + 3 + x + 2 = 45

So,4x + 5 = 45

Now, Solving:
4x = 45 - 5
x = 40 / 4
x = 10

In short, Your First number would be: 10 & Equation is 4x + 5 = 45

Hope this helps!
