Jordyn took a taxi from the airport to her house. She paid a flat fee of $5 plus $3.70 per mile. The fare came to $42. For Jordyn's taxi ride, which equation gives the correct distance (d)d in miles? (PLEASE PUT IT IN AN EQUATION! THANKS SM! CORRECT ANSWER WILL GET 14 POINTS!)

$3.70d + $5 = $42
So $3.70 per d (d in miles) plus $5 flat rate = $42
In case you need it solved also. Distance is 10 miles.
