I don't really understand your question but if its value wise rule areas of places are usually more poor or just less thriving while urban places are like cities and are more thriving

It different because at end of WORLD WAR 1, changes in society began to dominate daily lives.Conflict arose as an increasingly urban, secular society came into confict with older rural traditions. The rise of new ideasand the change into peacetime economy.
