To get the area of a triangle is to multiply the base by its height and then divide the number by 2 and Monica didn't divide the number by 2

15*6=90
The problem is, however, you have to take half of that number since a triangle is half of a square.
Therefore, the correct equation would be:
(15*6)*1/2
This equals 45 (inches cubed), which is the correct area measurement.
