Which of the following most likely represents how Greeks viewed their myths? Written myths are sacred: they reflect the absolute truth about what happened. Written myths are interpretative: different poets had different versions of the same mythical events. Written myths are entertainment: they have no historical accuracy but make for fun stories.

The Greeks most likely believed that the written myths are interpretative. We know that they accepted and/or read different versions of the same myth, so it cannot be sacred absolute truth. We also know that they also actually worshipped the gods of their myths, so it cannot be simple entertainment. Thus, the only remaining answer is that they were interpretive. Hope this helps!
