International Cotton Exposition was the event in 1881 was held in Oglethorpe park in Atlanta and showed off the south's most prominent agricultural product to exhibitors from around the world.

The event lasted for more than two months, from October 5 to December 31, 1881. This event bore into fruition from the initiative of Mr. Edward Atkinson of New York with the help of Mr. H.I. Kimball.
