What is the chemical formula for iron (lll) oxide?

Fe (III) is just Fe^+3.

Oxide is O^-2

When you write them into a chemical formula, they all need to have a neutral charge. You will need two Fe^+3 and three O^-2.

This gives you Fe2O3.
