Because they want to seem cool, fit in, especially at school. they think by being rude and giving no respect to anyone including parents mades them seem cool when its really not..

Why are today's generation of teenagers so disobedient, So DiSRESPECTFUL, So indifferent, and so mean today? (Not all teenagers are like that.)
