The correct answer is D.

Nonverbal communication means communication that does not involve talking or the making noises that derive from the mouth. Sighing and whispering would be considered verbal and staring would not necessarily indicate one's displeasure therefore the answer is frowning. Frowning is a universal non verbal method of communication that you are not happy with something or are confused or annoyed.
