First 100 days is directly associated with President's accomplishment early in his term. During this time his power and influence is at its peak.  First Law is passed, when the president act as a Legislative leader who influences the congress on what new laws to pass and as the Chief Executive who decides on how it will be enforced. He also chooses people who will help him run the executive branch.
